A mysterious scientist that has some ties to the infamous Red Tongue and is the reason why the Organization are as equipped and trained in utilizing technology, both native and foreign in ways one never dares to think of. He is also referred as Father by numerous members of the Red Tongue Organization.
Background[]
Records states that he was a prodigal genin, though he is also known as the only survivor from the then-extinct Akanohi Clan in Land of Earth who had went missing during a past incident, resurfacing in the Land of Darkness after all of those years. It is noted that in his secret journey as a recruiter for the then established organization he adopted and brainwashed numerous war orphans that the war will only end by those who receives strength to fight and so... he reunited with certain people that has similar mindset as him to combine the followers and assets they all had gathered and form what it is infamously known as Red Tongue. In rumors regarding his immortality it is noted that he was using technology to prolong his life all of these years though it comes with a great cost his vision robbed and his brown hair was all but a past as result of his cheating death.

The man was anything but a emotional man he was cold and ruthless in a way that can be interpreted as if he didn't care for life; this includes the children he adopted. At the same time he also has a fatherly instinct regarding his children so often that he would shed a tear for those lose their lives in battle as a member of the Red Tongue organization. According to his children Chosa tends to ask them numerous questions that may be treated as childish questions that you would only hear from the mouths of children, one in particular was toward the future members of the Red Tongue.
