Kinshi (禁止, Kinshi) is the right hand man and the Chief of Staff for Kechi the President of the Land of Coins. He was originally a member of the Noroi Clan who hailed from the Land of Curses, though now he is a wanted criminal hunted as he is the only living member of the Noroi Clan Massacre.

Kinshi is a quiet and clam individual who tends to keep to himself. He cares deeply for those he has befriended and become attached to such as Kechi and his son Keji. When it comes to strangers or those he doesn't trust Kinshi is rather cold and tends to keep to himself. He is known for having a rather strange way of expressing himself and his emotions, and that is done through his jutsu he uses for communication. This technique is called the Yin Release: Mind Manifestation Technique which allows him to produce sound and visuals that he imagines and project them into reality.
