The Optimal Health Technique (一流健の術, "Ichiryūken no Jutsu") is the Healing Jutsu of the Sozo Clan that uses both Medical Chakra and life force to restore both mental and physical injuries. It is suggested to be the first technique of its kind, predating the Mystical Palm Technique.
