Sasuke Sarutobi (猿飛サスケ, Sarutobi Sasuke) is a descendent of the Sarugami, Sarutobi and Kuwabara Clans. He is a young shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village and the future lord of the famed Sarutobi Clan.
Background[]
Sasuke Sarutobi was born to Yoshino Sarutobi and Yamazaru which is only a newly acquired piece of information. As his mother refused to tell him about his father until his Kekkei Genkai awakened. He had a pretty normal upbringing, though being the Great Great Great Grandson of the Third Hokage and decedent of many other remarkable Shinobi meant Sasuke had big shoes to fill. This didn't deter Sasuke in the least, it actually pushed him to be better. As he hopes to one day be regarded as a God of Shinobi like his Great Great Grandfather. He was an extremely skilled shinobi even at a young age hopes to ascend to the position of Hokage one day, though due to the influence of other people in his life his goals may be inclined to change as his story unfolds.
Personality[]
Like his personal summon Ishizaru, Sasuke is known for being quite laid-back and a bit childish. He loves pulling pranks which can get him in trouble. Though when it comes down to it he is a calm, collected, and cunning shinobi who should not be underestimated. He has been through quite a lot in his short life and this has helped to develop his desire to never give up and always keep pushing forward.
Appearance[]
Standing 5'4 Sasuke is a young well-toned boy with light skin and dark brown hair. He wears a custom made ninja suit designed to help him camouflage into his surroundings and a silver head guard with the symbol for the Hidden Leaf Village carved into it. His arms and feet are covered by light weight protectors to help him while in combat as they can be used to absorb impacts of a strike or make his own strikes harder. Normally he has rather normal brown eyes, but once he activates his Kekkei Genaki, the Hakkegan they take on a stunning golden colour.
Tools[]
Tool wise Sasuke carries most of your standard issue Shinobi Tools like Kunai, Shuriken, Smoke Bombs, Flash Bombs and Explosive Tags. Other then this standard shinobi equipment he is most likely always carrying Gunpowder with him in one way or another. He tends to use his Gunpowder in a number of ways, one of which is to throw it into the eyes of an opponent to blind them before setting it off. Another use of the Gunpowder is to conserve chakra by using it to aid in the power of his Fire Release Techniques by using the Gunpowder to accelerate the Flames and power up the Fiery Explosions. Last but not least would be his signature weapon, which is actually his personal summon and closest friend Ishizaru. Sasuke uses his staff in a variety of ways most of which are designed to trick or catch opponents off guard to allow him to prepare a strong attack.

Chakra Reserves[]
His chakra reserves aren't anything spectacular or amazing and are potential considered below average for someone of the Kuwabara Clan who are know for having robust Life Force and Chakra Reserves close to that of the Sozo Clan. Even though his chakra reserves don't compare to other decedents of the Kuwabara, it isn't weak as his reserves are higher then the average shinobi. This simply means that Sasuke has to be conservative with his chakra unlike his Sensei Mowa Sozo.
Chakra Control[]
Sasuke has above average skill in chakra control, and while not on the level of some of his friends and fellow Genin it isn't something to scoff at. This level of experience has come from his consistent training with his partner Ishizaru and one of his two sensei Mowa Sozo. Due to his current skill level being lower then his friend Sasuke desires to raised his level, a task that has become much more likely with the introduction of a brand new sensei in the from of Midori Uchiha a former student of his Father.
Life Force[]
Sasuke's life force was rather standard until around two years ago when he had what some would call an accident of the highest caliber. This accident so to speak was his absolute physical destruction at the hands of a pirate who left his teetering on the tightrope between life and death. Thanks to Owatatsumi and his medical skill Sasuke was healed up better then before, and at the same time a mysterious seal that held back, his Kuwabara side was broken allowing Sasuke's body to evolve and adapt somewhat granting him stronger life force then he had before.
Willpower[]
Sasuke Sarutobi is young man with a strong Will of Fire that allows him to push on threw almost any form of adversity he could undergo. This is something that has already been proven on a number of occasions one of which involve the almost life ending incident merely two years ago. As Sasuke's body laid their in the wreckage of what used to be the deck of Mowa Sozo's yacht, something happened the boy who had suffered unbelievable damage that should have ended his story then and there somehow manage to will himself back into consciousness even if only for a moment or two. This was feat that even his sensei has commended, while another example is from shortly after he recovered from his surgery. Owatatsumi attempted to convince Sasuke to quit the life of a shinobi and hang up his boots, but the the boy refused saying he would never give up on his dreams.

Sasuke like most with a strong willpower tend to also possess a strong intent, and while Sasuke at this moment doesn't have any skill in the art of imposing his will upon others at the time he has a lot of room to grow. With enough time Sasuke may even manage to reach a point where he will be able to force others to be wary simply by enforcing his intent.

Originally when he started out his training as a shinobi at the academy and under the tutor ledge of Mowa Sozo, the boy known as Sasuke had average skills in the art of Sensory Techniques. This would be the normal thing for Sasuke up until he unlocked the Hakkegan of the Kuwabara Clan at the age of 12. He would spend the next to years training a number of aspect including his newly received ability to see into the Life Force of others allowing him a number of unique insights into others along with the ability to track individuals via the signature of their Life Force.
Intelligence[]
Sasuke's intelligence isn't anything to scoff at and while he isn't a genius like a lot of the other members of his generations he is still far above the average person. He has shown this a number of times in his life, but the most significant was when he managed to deduce the basics of his Hakkegan before Mowa even found out about Sasuke possessing it. His IQ comes in very handy when he needs to come up with underhanded trick and attacks on the fly.
Hand Signs[]
Sasuke while still young and somewhat inexperienced has a solid skill and understanding of hand signs. This allows for him to weave hand signs much faster then the average person and even use less hand signs to initiate his jutsu. Even though he is experienced in the usage of Hand Seals he still has some room to grow before he'll reach a level comparable to his Sensei.
Speed[]
With Speed and Strength being to of Sasuke's most important aspects especially since he is known for utilizing the Hidden Leaf's Body Flicker Technique on the regular. While his speed isn't comparable to the likes of Rock Lee without his weights. His speed is great enough to leave behind after images and when used in conjunction with heat and friction he \can leave by mirages to fool others. He uses his considerable sapped in battle help maneuver and get in the best position to make use of his dirty tactics
Strength[]
Sasuke's strength is rather impressive for someone of his age who doesn't practice physicals enhancement techniques such a the Chakra Enhanced Strength Technique, and though at the same time he isn't anything amazing in the strength department as others around him he has potential to grow. His considerable strength had been built up threw strenuous and constant training with Mowa Sozo and Ishizaru during the time he's been alive. For Sasuke though, this growth wouldn't be to far away as he was about to embark on a journey of growth with his new sensei Midori Uchiha.
Durability[]
Durabilty is an area where almost none of Sasuke's generation should be able to match. With the absurd and devastating physical destruction that Sasuke had under gone along with the enhancements done by Owatatsumi as a side effect of the medical treatment received Sasuke has developed a rather high level of durability for his age that can only be contributed to his experiences and training with his friends and sensei. Sasuke can take a good beating before he even nears the point of dropping.
Stamina[]
Sasuke's stamina isn't anything to great its rather average for a shinobi of his age. This means that in combat he cannot go to crazy and needs to try and conserve and make the most of his Stamina Reserves. This is made far more easy by the use of Ishizaru and Transformation Technique alongside his sneaky and deceptive combat style. Sasuke still has a lot if room to go so who knows what the future holds.

The Recovery Rate of young Sasuke isn't anything special at all. It's actually rather average for a normal person his age, which is seen as a little odd as he is a descendent of the Kuwabara who were a clan known for have good chakra reserves, great life force and decent recovery rates. Unfortunately for Sasuke though as it seems that this trait of the family has skipped his generation.
Jutsu[]
Taijutsu[]
Taijutsu while not Sasuke's specialty it is a skill he has worked hard to improve. He will often use it in combination with his Bukijutsu, Bojutsu and Ninjutsu to create dangerous combos and annoying tricks that can catch his opponents off guard. Sasuke has trained his Taijutsu under the tuterledge of his two sensei Mowa Sozo and Midori Uchiha. He honestly has no set style and tends to use a combination of everything he's learned.
Ninjutsu[]
While the art of Ninjutsu isn't Sasuke's specialty it is still a skill he excels in in certain aspects. His true skill in ninjutsu lies in his use of the basic Ninjutsu techniques taught to him at the Academy and by his sensei combined with his dirty tricks and his usage of Gunpowder to create dangerous attacks. Unlike most of his fellow genin who tend to often utilize elemental ninjutsu. Sasuke while possessing an affinity to Fire Release is still to inexperienced and lacking in the area of chakra control to preform the Sarutobi Clan's 3 signature Hiden techniques, though with time effort and training he'll be able to finally use the techniques he's already learned. His greatest skill lies in his skill in the Transformation Technique which he excels at due to his constant training with Ishizaru of Sarushima as all Monkey's hailing from Sarushima are said to possess great mastery of the baisc technique.
Bojutsu[]
Sasuke's forte is the art of Bojutsu which he learned from a young age as a member of the Hidden Leaf Villages famous Sarutobi Clan. His skills rather remarkable in this aspect and his skill allows for a number of interesting moves such as deflecting blows and ranged attack to gting the staff to bend and curve around things with the help of chakra to allow him to strike whatever is on the other side. These feats are only made possible for someone so young due to his experience and connection to his weapon Ishizaru.
Bukijutsu & Shurikenjutsu[]
As a memeber of the Sarutobi Clan, Sasuke is trained in the use of a variety of different ninja tools. His area of expertise is in shurikenjutsu, allowing him to throw shuriken and kunai with precision at complicated or moving targets. Sasuke can guide shuriken to their mark by deflecting them off each other or using things such as Gunpowder and Explosive Tags to alter their direction.
Genjutsu[]
Genjutsu is an area where Sasuke is lackluster as shown when he was unable to notice or counter a genjutsu during his first mission. This lack of skill almost lead to his untimely death at the age of 12. Luckily during the two years after that incident Sasuke trained with Mowa Sozo who taught him about how to fight against and counter genjutsu so that he wouldn't repeat past mistakes.

When it come to the usage of Fuinjutsu then your shit out of luck if you've gone to Sasuke. As like most who don't specialize in art of Funijutsu Sasuke only knows how it works and what it can be used for. At this moment he has not skills that rely on it or and applications of it. Though depending on how his future training goes this could all change.

The Hakkegan (八卦眼, "Eight Diagrams Eye", English TV; "Eye of Foretelling", Viz; "Healing Eyes") is the lesser-known dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Kuwabara clan that appears selectively among its members. The eye can be broken up into two specific abilities; the life and death sensory, and the predictive powers. Sasuke unlocked this power after suffering a devastating and overwhelming defeat at the hands of a Pirate that left Sasuke in a state where he was walking a tightrope between life and death. His body underwent drastic changes that resulted from an unknown seal breaking and activating his dormant Kuwabara Clan genetics and after being saved by the interim Hokage at the time Owatasumi his desire to continue his life as a shinobi and help his friends who he failed during that mission awoke within him a new power. The Hakkegan of the Kuwabara Clan.

Monkey King: Ishizaru - Ishizaru is the young son of Hiruzen Sarautobi's personal summon Monkey King: Enma. He has a very child-like and silly personality. Ishizaru is fiercely loyal to Sasuke and though his personality may make him seem less intimidating you should never underestimate the cunning mind and powerful abilities of Ishizaru. Like his father, Enma can transform into an almost indestructible staff, the technique of which is called Transformation: Kinjimamoyogingosen. Like his father the only known weapon, that can harm Ishizaru in his staff form is the Sword of Kusanagi. Ishimzru is highly experienced and knowledgeable of various techniques and their effects or drawbacks.
