Sekitangara Hokori (石炭殻ほこ, Hokori Sekitangara) is a stupendous spy who was born in the Land of Fire. After joining the Fire Intelligence Agency she infiltrated the Land of Earth and has since become an official in GIGAS. Sekitangara has sold secret Intel of the Land of Fire to the Land of Earth but it is unclear where her loyalties lie.
Background
Although born in the Land of Fire Sekitangara became disenfranchised with the imperialist mentality of the country. When her family died during the attack of Izanamimikoto it is said that she lost all will to live and became beholden to liquor. She was assigned a post in the Iwagakure as a spy but became a double agent. Following the destruction of Iwagakure, Sekitangara started to profit in the black-market by selling information to various outside lands regarding the state of Iwagakure. It is suggested that no one knows the woman's true name, identity and appearance.
