The Talisman Technique (お守りの術, "Omamori no Jutsu") is a mystical ability which utilises specialised Talisman's known as Ofuda that are used for a variety of needs, such as sealing and storing jutsu and/or objects for use at a later date.
Overview[]
The Talisman Technique is preformed by the user utilising specially designed paper tags, that when inscribed with seals and infused with he users chakra can seal and store almost any object's and jutsu as long as the users chakra level is high enough. These tags can then be activated at a later date and even remotely from a distance. When activated the seal releases what ever is stored within. if it is some kind of jutsu then the technique is released. This allow for one to store and prepare jutsu's for use later, as well as conserve chakra.
Types of Talismans[]
- Earth Wall Talisman (土壁のお守り, Doheki no Omamori) - The Earth Wall Talisman is one of the most basic and simple talismans that can be used and does nothing more then summon forth a wall of earth.
- Inferno Talisman (焦熱地獄のお守り, Shōnetsujigoku no Omamori) - The Inferno Talisman is a unique one of a kind Talisman created when Kinshi sealed away the blazing inferno that threatened to level Ji City within the Land of Merchants. The tag will unleash a blazing inferno that will incinerate everything within its path.
Origin[]
The origins of the Talisman Technique can be traced back the secret art of the Guru known as the Shikigami Technique. It was developed by Kinshi with the assistance of Kechi after watching his mentor the preforming the Shikigami Technique multiple times. After failing all attempts at learn said technique, he shifted his focus to finding his own technique that was inspired by the Shikigami Technique.
